Question about my rear.
Damn!! i believe that to be one of the bolts holding the limited slip to the carrier, as far as why... to much power? im not quite sure was the fluid really nasty? lots of metal in it? any metal for that mater? no limited slip additive?

Well, I have had a cam and headers only. At most 375HP. Fluid looked good, there were some metal shavings but not much. Additive was in there as far as I know. I had the pinion seal replaced at about 36K miles by the dealer. I have 62K on it now. I don't daily drive it anymore. I was just shocked when I tried to pull it in the garage and it felt like I was applying the brakes. I finally forced it and let it sit there for a couple of weeks. This past weekend I jacked the back up and tried to spin the tires and when I heard the terrible clucking sound I pulled the cover and found that. I do have to admit that the night I took it out I got on it good on the service road and I think I remember a little bit of wheel hop but nothing major.
