Default 12 Bolt break in period

What's the normal ride in period on a 12 bolt before you can start to pound on it? I'm going to put mine in next Friday/Saturday and I was just curious what most have done for a break in period.

Moser said after install to run it for 1-2 minutes on jack stands in forward and reverse. Do not exceed 2000 rpm. Than drive it easy with some starts and stops for around 10-15 miles. Let it cool off for an hour , than you are ready to go!! BTW, Moser says DO NOT use synthetic gear oil. Good luck, I love mine!!
