12 bolt with torque arm problems
12 bolt with torque arm problems Im not having trouble with mine, but my friend can't get the torque arm bolts to stay in his moser 12 bolt, I know there are previous threads, but for some reason I could not find them, suggestions and proven methods would be appricated
DOes your friend have a aftermarket TQ arm like a BMR, if he does it has to be cut, if not, possibly a stock one thats fine. I used loctite red, and a 3 foot breaker bar, never an issue since.
I have hear people drilling a hole through the side of the bolt head and putting wire around both bolts using one wire and as one would try to loosen, it would tighten the other and the 1st bolt couldnt budge.
OR an extreme thing is to tack weld the bolts to the tq arm.
