I would not recommend the 4.10 unless your stepping up to 28" tall tires.

I'll go on the dyno to figure on shifts but right now they should be around 6700-6800

With 3.73s and 26x11.5x16 ET Streets, I cross around 6000. 4.10s would put me around 6600 - 6800.
Locking the converter when you hit 6500 would drop you about 300 - 500 rpm, giving extra rpm room and keep you near peak HP.
