9" with Auburn and U-joint help!!

9" with Auburn and U-joint help!! Ok, I have two problems I hope someone can help me with:
1. The ford 9" with the Auburn posi, can you use synthetic fluid? What weight should I use, and do I still need the limited slip additive?
2. The 1350 yoke, what part number is everyone using for the u-joint? I have a 447 part number, but the caps for the driveshaft uses clips and the driveshaft does not. Am I just supposed to not use the clips and install the caps anyway?
My rear is supposed to be here today, and I would like to have everything ready to install in the morning.
