WILL HPP3 HELP TORQUE MANAGEMENT??? I Have an 02 T/A. NO INTERNALS, just some bolt ons, l/t headers, 3.73 rear end.I'm upgrading my 2800 vig to a 3200 vig,adding a trannie cooler,cutout with the Mccord power plate. I do not have a shift kit, but i do have the hpp3. I did a search on torque management, seems bad on 01 and 02s. Will increasing the line pressure with the hpp3 help with the t/m issues??? i'VE ALREADY found out i cant use the power programming from the hpp3......wont work with my shanner s2 and maf ends. DO i need to just use the hpp3 or do i need to see about getting it deleated from the pcm???????? thanks.
Re: WILL HPP3 HELP TORQUE MANAGEMENT??? Terry, I'm looking for the same answer for my '02 A4 SS. I'm getting ready to install Vig 3600, and will stick w/3.23's for awhile. I've asked this question about what the HPP3 will do for me regarding firm shifts, and TM. I've posted in "computer & diagnostics" section. Have you got time w/your present mods? You have TM now?
