Automatic Tranny & Gears
Automatic Tranny & Gears Couldnt really find anything on a search.
Anyone with an A4 running 3.80's or 3.89's? I'm building a 9in right now and trying to stuff some more gear in there but not wanting to be shifting at the line. I have a Vig 3600 stall. Any recomendations, I'm about to take it on the highway to see how far 3rd will take me with the 3.73's I have now.
I probaly plan to trap 114-115 NA and 120's on spray.
Dont give me a link to that gear website, its way off on auto's with stalls.

3.75's should work for me with a 26in slick on motor and 28's for nitrous will put me in the RPM range I need.
With 3.75's and 26's should put me at around 6200-6300RPM @ 115 MPH on motor when i cross the line.
With 3.75's and 28's I should cross the line at 6200-6300 @ 124 on spray.
