plug on differential What is the purpose of the plug on the passenger's side of the differential? It's threads are partially exposed, and it has a square hole the size of a 3/8" ratchet drive.

I've always used the vent tube on my GN, so that's what I used on the SS. Should a really use the fill plug? Neither one seems any easier to me. Either way, I used 2qts of Amsoil and one bottle of GM additive. Should be fine, right?
