This is my first post and I hope some of you guys can help. My problem is after my converter swap and custom computer programming now after about 90mph to 95mph my speedometer goes slowly backwards. At WOL I am missing my 3->4 shift because of this. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Woooh...that's not good, but must be pretty cool for your friends to watch.
My first guess is that something happened to the VSS during the install when they pulled the tranny back. Is it accurate at lower speeds?

The speedometer works fine at low speeds. It doesn't act up until about 90mph. That's what I don't understand.

If the VSS pickup is not completly seated in the tailshaft or was damaged when it was removed and installed that might happen. If the pickup is weak it might start missing pulses at higher speeds and cause those exact symptoms.
