Trans Pan Torque Specs?

Default Trans Pan Torque Specs?

Im new to transmissions and was wondering
what to torque the Trans Pan Bolts Too.
And is there a certain sequence to tightening
the bolts?
Thanks for any help.

Torque the bolts down to 32 ft-lbs. The sequence I use is a cross pattern similar to a + symbol. Basically (for example) start with the front center one, then the back center, then the right center, followed by the left center bolt. Then just keep going around the pan like that. But start out first by seating the bolts, then go to ~16 ft-lbs, then on the last pass do 32 ft-lbs. This is just my method that seems to work well. Do not overtorque the pan, this will cause the gasket to be "pushed out". Effectively rendering it useless, and you'll have leaks.

Off the top of my head I was thinking 12 ft.lbs. 32 is way too much!
