changing rear end fluid
so possibly my sound that's coming from the back of the car is the wheels/tires. But now I need to fill it back up. How much do I need? I bought M1 synthetic gear oil & some gm slip additive. The rear end is from a 2001 WS6, so therefore I think it's the torsen diff. Would I use about 1.75 to 2.00 quarts of oil and a few ounces of the slip additive? How do I know when I have enough in there besides remembering how many quarts I poured in?
