abs light
abs light Change gears to 3.73 and now light came on.What could it be.I love the new jump from 2.73 now

When I did the my gear sway it was supposed to be heat cycled once. Which was drive for a half hour and park it for a couple hours. Other than that they told me to drive it for 500 miles befor I really started to get on it. When you put in the gears did you mess up the abs reluctor ring at all. I would check to make sure its not missing any teeth and make sure its straight.
It was my friend s dad.They own a shop and do differentials and rear end for diesels and some time cars.My fiend told me they did not put it on because it did not fit.It use to have a torsen carrier and I bought a Slp auburn posi.Will it be fine driving.He said they would try to put it back on and that hope it does not break
it will be fine without abs but if you really want your abs working then the ring will need to be remachined and then pressed on.I had an auburn unit in my 10 bolt and had to go through the same issue.
