Urgent Need Help w/10 bolt sensor...please see inside.
We're in the process of swapping the original 10-bolt out of my 99 T/A and replacing with a 10-bolt Auburn w/3.73's. The Auburn does not have the hole in the top of the differential to mount this sensor like my stock Torsen does. I think this is the ABS sensor.
The Auburn appears to be from a car with traction control. It has matching holes in the end plates on the axle housing. I have a pair of plugs to fill the sensor locations.
If I drill a hole in the correct place in the top of the Auburn should the ABS work correctly?
Any thoughts and comments appreciated.
Thanks

No the auburn does not have a reluctor on carrier for the sensor to read. Your car is a 3 channel abs, the auburn is a 4 channel abs. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Sad]" src="gr_sad.gif" />
