Master Cylinder problem!

Master Cylinder problem! I think I need an adjustable master, cuz my clutch pedal has absolutely no pressure, and it is not fully engaging cuz it slightly grinds before going into gear. There is nothing wrong with the clutch, cuz it was checked while my tranny was out being rebuilt, so i'm assuming it has to be the master. I have a Mcleod Rev-Lok II revised edition, and I was wondering if this Adjustable master would work and would solve my problem cuz it's a hell of a lot cheaper than the mcleod and i'm kind of strapped for cash after my tranny build up! Thanks in advance for any info guys!

Re: Master Cylinder problem! Here is something to try.Get a vacuum bleeder.Use a fitting to go into the resivor line tightly.Pump up to 20"'s of vacuum and have someone push the peddle 1/2 way down.This should pull the air out of the master.

Here is something to try.Get a vacuum bleeder.Use a fitting to go into the resivor line tightly.Pump up to 20"'s of vacuum and have someone push the peddle 1/2 way down.This should pull the air out of the master.

Re: Master Cylinder problem! Well, I talked to Mcleod today, and he said with my symptoms that he thinks it needs to be bled, that there is probably air in the system. And as for that Ram adjustable master, I contacted Pace about it, and they said it should work, just in case anyone else was wondering about it.
