Default tranny problems or pcm problems?

I threw the code again, the code I threw today is P0756.
I'm kind of confused why it throws this code,I guess it's related to the TC slipping, etc(vig 3200).
Anyhow, my mechanic suggested to me to put my stock PCM in(I have custom tuned 2000 year pcm in my 2k1 car from speartech: fan settings, TM deleted, some other small stuff) and that's what I did. I put my stock PCM in and there are a few things I'd like to mention.
Well, my idle is really low and soemtimes it seems the car will die, but it keeps running, with the low idle comes the low oil pressure. Car feels like it runs stronger, my mechanic and I ran it and we felt like it.
But that's all is not something i'm concerned about.
When I go from the dead stop, oh just trying go faster from a slow roll (10mph-20 mph, not quite sure), it's trying to shift like from 1-2 and it gives some kind of a shudder and this shudder is good noticeable in a shape of the engine sound, like its trying to shift when i give it more gas, and it can't, so i have to let the gas pedal go for a second and then everything is fine.
Has anyone expereinced anything similar to that
Help please,i'm stock.
I have 160 t-stat and transgop shift kit. By putting stock PCM in brought my tranny and engine oil temps up as well, but it's fixable.
I have stock MAF,just discreened.

The shudder is probably that you are just barely tapping the rev limiter. Which PCM had the problem, the stock one?

As far as the code goes, it could be that you have some crap in your solenoid or it could be that it is just the slip factor. 2K1 cars were more sensitive to that problem than other years. If your problems go away with the code cleared, i'd just program around it.

I'd also change your fluid and filter if you have not done so recently.

well, the aftermarket PCM from speartech throws the code P0756 (which is solenoid performance... soemthing).
And i tried to put my stock one in yesterday, everything is relativly normal, but then this thing again, tranny confused when to shift or something, hard to explain, liek i'm starting moving and once,i guess it shifted) to the second it gives me this engine sound and kind of shudder,so i have to let the pedal gas off for asecond and just a little bit, just to let me rpms lower, then the shudder is gone. I've been driving with the afetrmarket pcm for awhile already and i forgot alredy what issues i had with my stock PCM before, but i think i never had such problem.
I mean, i don't have this shudder with the aftermarket PCM, so what's up with the stock one then?

I changed my tranny fluid at least 5 times already for the past 2 months (shift kit install;gauges, etc).

Tom check your wires and plugs...sounds like it could be misfiring....I did this and fixed the problem with one of my cars, now it did the same thing, but then again it was a ford. I'd still check the wires and plugs, cause it sounds the same thing I went through. Hope this helps.. <img border="0" alt="[Burnout]" title="" src="graemlins/burnout.gif" /> <img border="0" alt="[Firebird]" title="" src="graemlins/formula.gif" />
