Still have the stock clutch, did the drill mod (which helped on the shifting). This just started a week ago. It's fine while driving normal, but when the revs get up, the pedal gets really mushy and I can't change gears. Exactly what is making this happen. Tried the search already...Another thing, when I'm in neutral, and put it in gear, the car will move forward some. What gives?

Its been said that it could happen if the clutch hydraulic line gets to close to the exhaust. Any heat source that heats up the fluid in the clutch line causes it to get mushy. You said you did the drill mod, did you put the line back under the heat shield? Or you might still have some air in the system....
Mine does the same thing right now. There is still air in the hydraulic lines. Try regular pressure bleeding and tap the line and master cylinder to rid of air bubbles. If that doesnt work then get it bled with a machine. I forget what its called...
