Default New to the Rear-ends

hey guys long time no speak to. My quick question is does my car have a torque arm. I have an 02 ws6 a4 and just blew my rear-end and now I need a new one. I am leaning towards the strange 12bolt just because it bolts right in. Thanx in advance, sorry about the rookie question.

Yes it has a torque arm. The 9 inch and S60 also are bolt in rear ends when sold for an fbody application.

If you need a rear quick, Moser is the way to go. A Moser rear is shipped two days after the order is received. Bob

Moser and Strange are interchangeable. Unless backing plates are supplied there is a lil work with the Moser and I suspect the same with strange.

With Moser's you need to put the caliper backing plates on the axle, then press on the bearing, then install into the rear. Not hard but a needed step, also the abs exciter rings need to be pressed on if you reuse. I myself just had new ones put on.
