I have a 2000 Trans am and i am upgrading to 4.10 gears from the stock 3.42s. I just wanted to know what things i need for the upgrade. Don't i need crush sleeves or something like that. I also wanted to know what the best thing to do for the recalibration of the speedometer. I have thought about the Hypertech Power Programmer but i was hoping that i could get something a little more cheaper. Does the HPP help out on optimizing the fuel? I just want to know what will be the best thing to do without spending too much money. Any suggestions would be helpful.
