what times can i expect with 4.10s?
My best is a 12.8 @ 112 with a 2.1 short...If i got 4.10s, what time range could i expect? ...with 3.73s?
---given if I got Nittos to control spin. (and the 4.10s wouldn't break with a concervative launch on Nittos correct?)

It depends on how much better your car is uptop. Your RPM will be higher the whole way down the track. If your car is setup for top end, 4.10s will help alot.

I have a 3.8 V6. Well let me put it this way. I never see anything lower then 4K when I'm running the 1/4. And that's on stock converter with the crappy stock shift extensions. LS1 is a very strong on the top end. Just think ahead to what converter you might get. 3.73s are already a good gear. Maybe try a converter first and then see if you want more gear.
I had bald BFGs last time and ran 25 times on them and got consistent 2.0s and low 9.4s/high 9.3s in the 1/8th. Ran 14.8s on them with some issues. So I'm happy with my 4.10s. LS1 is much better on the top end then a 3.8. I can't wait to get headers to help my topend. I end up around 5K in 3rd at the end of the 1/4.
Tailor your gears and tc to get the exact rpm range you want to be in when you run.
