Default Driveshaft noise

I had my transmission replace about to year ago and for the past few months I been hearing a clunking sound coming from under the car everytime i put it in drive. The car is stock height and have new tranny mounts. Do anyone have an ideal on what it can be?

u-joints
pinion gear in the rear
spider gears in the rear
torque arm mounts
any suspension piece mounting point
torque convertor
something hitting when the load shifts from gear engaged
on...on...on....

get under it and start inspecting stuff
good luck!
