a4 gear swap question...

a4 gear swap question... yes ive read the sticky, but i need some help..ive got 3.23s right now with an ss3600 and i mostly race on the street with 315 bfg drags...most of the time i race from a 20roll or a dig.. and right now my car hooks good from a dig with about 17psi in the tires and a quick roll on the gas. the question is should i go with 3.73s? ive got to change my wheel bearings anyways (tires wear issue) and ive bought the gears already and have an appointment for monday..should i get the gears installed or not...
my car is a full bolt on car and thats all its going to be for a while and i want it to perform the best for what it is.. i just dont want to cause it to have an traction issue on the street..i know that ill have to practice my launch again but do yall think its a smart move?
