Found out what the noise was

Found out what the noise was Ok so I made a post about a howl from my read end, well I took the cover off and the diff moved, didnt like that fact, I was to tired last night to take it all apart, got up bright and early this morning and did it. Here is what I found.
I thought it could have been a bad carrier bearing, well when all was said and done, here is the bearing on the side that was moving. Something doesn't look right here does it?
Now after pulling out the diff, this side REALLY doesn't look right, LOL
Anyone got a stock diff or anything for that matter lying around I can buy off ya? lol
I really didn't do anything to make this happen, the car is pretty much stock aside from like a lid and cut out, i was driving out to a friends house when this happened.
