Bolt kit for T/A girdle - Necessary?

Default Bolt kit for T/A girdle - Necessary?
I have seen right under the T/A girdle for sale a bolt kit that is also offered for sale for this cover, is this necessary or does it provide anything beneficial over stock bolts? Thanks

They just have less pressure on the threads of the bearings and provide a better grasp. They are just like head bolt studs in design.
