i just install the Motive 3.73 with master kit
at first day it's good and no noise ,secand day terrible sounds come form my rear and,, some workshop told me pinion bearing and other shop told me the backlash ...

Sorry but if the rear was fine one day, and the next its making a racket, it was either never set up correctly, or something broke/failed inside the rear.
Also, if the rear was removed from the car, there is always the chance that something else failed like the brake brackets or something.
We need a lot more info to be able to help you...and to give us that info, you really need to just take things apart and see what went wrong. If you find nothing obvious, and you are down to the rear, then its a set up issue.
Like Jon5212 asked...did you set this up yourself? If not, the shop that did it needs to fix it.

first **** to the shop , now I'll try to fix it by my self

I'll try re-adjust it and replace the pinion bearing ,,
I need to know how to re-adjust
