PT4400?
I have a 98 ta mods: hooker lt's, 3.73's, hpp3, crank pulley, slp lid, trans go shift kit sfc,lca, and will run et street. will this converter work with the mods i have? (looking to get the best e.t. possible) open to suggestions from the people who run yank converters.

If you're looking for the best converter to get you the lowest ET with the highest mph, I can't think of a better converter based on your mods.
However, if this is your daily driver, I think you will be a little disappointed with the looseness of it (although the 3.73s help). You might look into a Super Stock 4000. It will hit the tires even harder than the PT4400 and will have better street manners. It does fall behind the PT4400 in mph when racing from a roll.

Yeah, if you plan on driving it on the street very much. The TP4400 is kinda hard to live with in daily driving. It's LOOSE! It can't be beaten at the track though.

thanks guys for all of your responses. I dont plan on driving it alot, only on weekends. so you think the 4400 will definitely be the tc to beat at the track? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Cool]" src="gr_images/icons/cool.gif" />
