Amount of fluid for a moser 9" change?

I've got a moser 9" with a locker and 4.11 gears. Anyone know how much fluid it takes? And what kind should I use. I bought some mobil 1 75/90 but I dug up a couple of old posts that say not to use synthetic. Thanks for the help

Are you sure it's that much. I called moser before you replied and they said that it varies by the size of the case but it would probably be around 3 quarts.

I pretty sure mine held almost 3 quarts. Not a hundred percent sure though.

mine took more than 3 qts. I remember the install sheet saying it'll need 4 qts. I think mine took 3.5 or so

2.5-3, so just get 3 qts.
