Default Power loss through a Ford 9"?

Anyone have any factual data, or have experienced lower ET's by swapping in Ford 9"? Just trying to figure the differences in a Ford vs a 12bolt vs a stock 10 bolt. Weight not being a factor, what can I expect to lose at the wheels?

I lost ~30 RWHP swapping from a T-56/10bolt with 3.73 gears to a TH400/9" with 4.11 gears. So figure maybe 1/3 of that is from the tranny, and the rest is for the 9" Not sure if that would be correct or not but if that's the case I lost about 10rwhp with the 9"

That's cool, only about 10 rwhp huh? That's not near as bad as everyone has said. Anyone else?
