Transmission problems please help! my car wont shift into 3rd or 4th gear, almost as if they were never there when i rev to about 5500 it will jerk hard anybody know whats wrong

I got a supposedly real good rebuild kit for my 4l60E tranny from www.kdsperformance.com at a real good price I also got the vette servo and the boost valve since I was gonna have the tranny rebuild... I believe my total was sumwhere around $289 I got the complete rebuild all the clutches and the kevlar lined power band, the vette servo, the boost valve and sum thrust washers wutever the hell those are. lol ne way good luck on ur rebuild I had mine done and it's working better than ever now... super positive shifts...

Re: Transmission problems please help! Which rebuild kit did you get?Im thinking about the blue plate kit.What was all included? What else do I need or is there build kit all I need.Ive never messed with automatics before,would I be getting in over my head if I rebuilt it myself.
