Default Why does it seem that my read end isnt centered?!

When I look at my rear end of my 99 WS6 It looks like the rear end is shifted to the drivers side about an 1 1/2 inches? I just got the car in june and noticed it when i bought the car but i figured maybe something was up with the rotors being different or something. The first owner was a girl and im the second. Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else and if its fixable with maybe new lower control arms, torque arms, or panhard rod? Or if there is a way to see if the rear axle can be adjusted...Thanks

An adjustable panhard bar will allow you to center the rear. I find that most of these casr tend to have the rear offset to the passenger side approx .5". In your case it is towards the driver side, and by quite a bit more. Bob

Is the car lowered at all? Due to the design of the suspension (panhard rod to center the rear), offset of the rear end is directly dependent upon height of the body of the car relative to the axle. Lower the car and it will push the rear to one side, raise the car and it will push the rear to the other side. An adjustable panhard should fix the problem, but you should at least put the rear of the car up and take a look to make sure something isn't bent. A tweaked panhard rod or something relating to the way the panhard rod attaches to the chassis / axle being tweaked could also cause this problem.

Becuase it isn't centered. I can stand behind mine & see it sticking out more to the driverside. A adjustable panhard bar should fix ya right up.
