pinion angle and new 9"

pinion angle and new 9" hey guys, just got my new 9" with 4.30's installed. Does anyone know if i should be checking the pinion angle with this thing? Shouldnt everything just line back up like before? Everything works good, very small amount of noise, kind of like a jet engine whine at low speeds only, you have to really listen for it to hear it though. I had to push the rear over to the passenger side when mounting the panhard bar a little. I thought this was just maybe cause the car was up in the air and the bar was lower than it would normally be when the car is down. Anyway, should i be concerned if the rear is perfectly centered? And what about the pinion angle?
I would check the pinion angle to make sure the rear is at approx -2. It the rear is off center to the right, by looking at the car from the rear, an adjustable panhard bar would take care of it. It will not hurt anything it the rear is off center though. Bob
