MN12 Transmission Can the MN12 transmission be installed in a F-body. Many Corvette owner are seeing significant gains after installing them.

You don't need to replace the whole transmission, adjusting the differential gear with compensate accordingling and you won't bog on the 3-4 shift.

Re: MN12 Transmission the corvette uses a transaxle design, and in no way are the f-body and c5 trany's interchangeable...just up your gears to 3.73's or 4.10's and u will more than make up for the gearing in "our" 6-speeds
