Default MN12 Transmission

Can the MN12 transmission be installed in a F-body. Many Corvette owner are seeing significant gains after installing them.

you need to keep reading about the RPM drop from 3-4 on the MN12!

You don't need to replace the whole transmission, adjusting the differential gear with compensate accordingling and you won't bog on the 3-4 shift.

the corvette uses a transaxle design, and in no way are the f-body and c5 trany's interchangeable...just up your gears to 3.73's or 4.10's and u will more than make up for the gearing in "our" 6-speeds
