rev limiter after shift kit

rev limiter after shift kit car is 00 SS, and I just installed headers and b and m transpak shift kit. Car runs fine under normal driving. But under WOT it hits rev limiter and wont shift. Also the ASR is always on now. Does the computer just need to be reflashed? Ive checked the fluid, and all connections in tranny. The shift kit shouldnt raise shift points, so why does it do this?
