Does the 01 Slave Cylinder come pre-bled???
I know I have heard this multiple times about the upgraded slave being prebled but I am not sure it was. We installed my McLeod clutch yesterday and also installed the adj master cylinder. Now that everything is done I have NO pedal. 3/4 of the pedal travel is so loose I could push it down with my pinkey toe and the last 1/4 is pretty firm. There is not enough to get the car into any gear. We did bench bleed the adj master but not the slave cylinder because everyone was under the impression that it came pre-bled from GM.
Could this be the problem?? could the slave be full of air and that is my my pedal wont disengage the pressure plate??
Please tell me someone here has gone thru this before. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

GM slaves come pre-bled. You more than likely did not bleed the m/c completely. I would go ahead and bleed the clutch again.
Also, where is your m/c adjusted at? Try putting it 1-1.5" above your brake pedal. I have had very similar problems you are having after every Mcleod single disk istall I have done. All I did was adjust the m/c out past the brake pedal and I had full pedal pressure.
