Jasper rebuilt diff?

Jasper rebuilt diff? Anybody have any experience with their rebuilt 10 bolt differentials? I am thinking of getting one for my 02 Z28 6M that is in need of a new rear diff. I don't race or plan to mod the car. I am more concerned with rear end whine / noise.
They want 2k for the diff, but on the bright side it does come with a 10 year / 100k mile warranty. If I could get a 9 inch or a 12 bolt that didn't whine anymore than the factory, then I might be willing to go that route.
What do you guys think?
