Default HELP! Dyno graph included... (56k friendly)

Take a look at this dyno graph and let me know what you think is wrong. I'm guessing that maybe my lockup clutch in the converter is shot. I'm guessing this because from the graph, it looks like that when the converter locks, I am losing a sh!tload of hp and tq. Also, I have been having the light throttle shudder problem at about 35 or so mph(which im guessing may cause the lockup clutch to burn up). This car has headers, bolt-ons, full suspension work, Vig 3200, Fully rebuilt/upgraded 4L60-E.
Don't have the money to buy a new converter right now(doing H/big C/I/tuning in march), but I still have the warranty and free restall, and I guess PI would fix any internal converter problems for me if I sent it in, right? Let me know what you guys think. Also, let me know if you need more info.

Court,

A swap shouldnt be a prob for the verter. While the car is in progress fo the HCI, You can prolly get them to send it back for ya <img border="0" alt="[driving]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_driving3.gif" />
