where to buy

where do i buy gears and do i just need the ring and pinion? .... is there any brand that is better ... i am a newb and i am buying gears so it would be great if you could point me in the right direction. i have 2.73 so i am thinking 3.23 or 3.42

if your taking the time to change them go for 3.42 or preferably 3.73 if auto and 4.10 if manual. going from 2.73 to 3.23 is almost a waste of time.

ya thats what i was thinkin .ill at least go with 3.42 .....is there a brand that you really like ...im trying to get one that makes the least noise

GM Motive tend to have the least noise, the installer will have the most impact on noise. But be prepared for some noise.
