Thank you for your patience in this matter since lately a few other members have been unthoughful around here.

FWIW... its hard to keep your patients when you spend $2400 on a 9" that ends up being louder then a dying 10 bolt right from the get go, especially since you tout about building quiet setups over the phone. Im not going to get ugly about this because 1) the mods will favor the sponsor and 2) I already had another sponsor fix what you couldnt get right the first time.

I appreciate the fact you offered to install new gears... I thought I was just the "unlucky" one that got a bad install. Then I realized I wasnt the only one... so instead of taking another chance I had it redone locally.

Live and learn I suppose.

Your shittin me right?

Okay, cant bite my tongue here any longer.

From what I have read and experienced, Scott's main problem is lack of communication with future as well as current customers. It is understandable that you are a small business (I suspect) and that family issues can come up and should be considered top priority.

That being said in the age of the internet, lack of communication is unforgivable. You can post a simple status thread on this board stating to your customers that you are addressing family matters and you will respond at a future date or send simple PM's.

I have read post after post regarding this issue well before the end of December 07. I tried to contact you by PM, phone in order to order a 9" rear for my car last November, never got a response. I then bought my rear from another board sponsor.

I have had some issues come up with some vendors in the past, but the communication has been very top notch when these issues were being addressed. I can deal with inconveniences as long as the communication is there, I am sure many would agree with this as well.

The customer is always right, just ask www.elitesparkplugs.com
There are other comments I would like to make but since I am not your customer I will again bite my tongue.

Thumbs up for D.L.S.
I've been having a few problems with mine and he is taking care of it all. I couldnt get ahold of him VIA his phone, so I sent him a PM and got a response that night. I've had nothing but good service with him other than he is hard to get ahold of sometimes. If all works out in the end I'll post up again. EDIT: well I'll post up in the end no matter what to let everyone know how it went
