How difficult to change out and any special tools? thanks

 

Pull the driveshaft out. Take a flat head screwdriver, and beat the lip of the seal in until it will pry out. Then tap the new seal into place, make sure to tap lightly all the way around the seal to get it in square then reinstall the driveshaft, pretty easy.
