Default output shaft isnt bent, i think?

so i got a new tailshaft and FINALLY got everything back together. i drove it around a little and everything seems ok. i only got up to 40-50 mph. i didnt notice any vibrations out of the ordinary. at that speed i should notice something if it was bent, right? <crosses fingers>

well i took it on the expressway and drove it about 70 miles today and it seemed ok. ran it up to 100 and no real noticable vibrations.

It would definitely be a mph related vibration if it was bent or it could ba driveshaft or rearend vibration.

your car seems to be fine like you said.

What caused you to replace your tail housing?

it was broken <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

broke the drive shaft and rearend. when i went to put the driveshaft in i realize the tailshaft was cracked...i assumed the output shaft was bent.
