Default Ram Master??

I of course am in need of an adjustable master for my new spec clutch, and I see that Jegs has the RAM adjustable master for $167. Is there anything wrong with the RAM version? I have read about everything I can find on the Cartek and Mcleod, but can't seem to find to much on the RAM.

Thanks in advance.

which spec did you get and who told you you had to have an adjustable?

not knocking ram, but you can make what they sell for about 60 bux less out of your stock one.

No one told me I need an adjustable master for my spec, but most everyone suggests that you get an adjustable master when you upgrade clutches.

Don't I have to get a new master anyway since I have a 2000? I know the slave was redesigned, I bought a new slave allready, but how about the master?

From what I understand, the Ram master is just a modified stock unit.

spec clutches to not require an adjustable master, i have a stage 4 ceramic unsprung disk, cut flywheel and still didnt need the adjustable master.

call dave at spec to see for yourself 1-800-828-4379

I called spec again today, and Dave said it really isn't necessary. The only reason I asked was that I have to buy a new master anyway since I have a 2000.
