Re: TC Install Time? Working with a friend (and a lift), I've swapped converters in an F-Body in about an hour and a half. Working on your back in your driveway (alone), it takes about 4 hours. An all day job for a reputable shop is laughable (unless it's their first rodeo).

TC Install Time? Dropped my car off at the local garage today 7:30am just called them and asked when it should be ready to pick up. He said its an ALL DAY JOB, and that it wont be ready till 4:00pm!
Is this normal? I didnt think a TC/Cooler installation would be an all day job. So now I am picturing 8hr x $50hr.....lets just say it better not cost that much.
Anyone have any knowledge on how long this install should take?
