Whining noise, please help

Whining noise, please help On Friday morning, I had a driveshaft safety loop mounted on my car so I wont be kicked out of the track. I brought it to a shop and of course they had to remove the driveshaft to put the loop around. He reconnected the driveshaft to the tranny with no problem and everything is fine. Well since then, there has been this horrible whining noise coming from my transmission. It sounds like my rearend did right after I had aftermarket gears installed. I can hear it when I'm accelerating but moreso when I am decelerating. Is the driveshaft not seated properly in the tranny or what could be the problem??
