Hey Guys, Please Help, Wierd trans shifting problems!

Ok, I've had the trans rebuilt and had a hardened shaft/drum installed and a new 3rd clutch assembly, along with a new 4th gear band. First and Second gears were fine. Before the rebuild the trans had a vacuum modulator and the trans shifted fine and very hard, any edits to the trans with ls1edit had no affect. After the rebuild, the trans now has an electronic solenoid in place of the vacuum modulator. Now ls1edit can affect the changes. I just got the trans in and have driven the truck for one day, now third and fourth gear are slipping again. I has brand new clutches in there and fourth gear looked new when we built it the second time.
Is there anything in ls1edit or pcm that I can change that will make 3rd and 4th gear not slip???
The truck ran fine all day, it even chirps the tires going into third at 100mph. That was this morning and now on the way home, I heard a small noise while the trans was going into fourth, then I stopped then fourth started slipping, then I parked it, now third gear is slipping too. I will barely go into third and fourth, I have to lightly feather the throttle to make it go into gear, and get up to speed in second also so that when I let off the gas a little it will go into third. (long run on sentence :-))
So, does anybody have any idea what's going on? I know some trans shops put the modulator in, in place of the solenoid, but I just don't know what to do from here. BTW, the file I have loaded in the pcm is a stock z28 with some of the torque reduction zeroed out, it does it with that file and if I load the stock file.
