Default PAGING HONDA TRANS FLUID USERS...

i've heard that of all things, honda transmission fluid is best to use in our M6's. my question is, do you use the automatic or manual trans blend? thanks.

Auto trans fluid. The parts guy said there is only one type of ATF.

It didn't seem to make a big difference in mine, but lots of quick-shifting dudes use it.....

ATF fluid is a thinner weight than manual fluid. If you go on Redlines website a lot of their rear gear oil also list as a manual transfluid. I also think the ATF fluid is a lot cleaner (higher detergent content) than the manual fluid.
