Default This Surely Blows!!!!

Hey guys I just installed my 9" and went to test drive the vehicle and heard a clunk at 30-40 mph. Checked out driveshaft and tested to see if pinion and driveshaft had play and found nothing. Came to the conclusion that the ring gear isnt balanced or assembled right. So now I have to suffer from someone not being able to set-up their product properly. This is gay I just hope he makes up for his error.

Who sold it to you?
Who put the gears in?
Have you contacted him?
