Z sits lower on one side
Z sits lower on one side I have a 99 z and it sits lower on the pasenger side rear than on the driver side. I checked all the usual stuff coils shocks I am stumped all of my suspension is stock it drives me crazy the driver side is way high and the passenger side is way low but not enough to rub the tire
THAT'S LIFE!!! hahaha. mine does the same. i don't believe it's in the spring even though some will argue that on here. for whatever reason my passenger side rear will always sit almost 5/8" lower than the driver side. i've cut my driverside rear spring 1.5-2" or so lower than the passenger side and it will still be almost about 5/8" higher on the driver side. this is my experience with a lowered SS. when i was stock height, it wasn't noticeable to me. i think there is something holding up the driverside from coming down, more sping on the passenger side would also raise my driver side. so their heights weren't independent from what i saw.
supposedly another answer is that once a drive gets in the car, it will bring the driver side rear down more.
