3.73 help...

3.73 help... If i will start the race from 40km not from 0 ,the 10-bolt with 3.73 will be good and it will safely handle 410rwhp ? or i must get moser 12-bolt with 3.73 ? but the 12-bolt will cost me 2300$ <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="gr_sad.gif" /> i think it's too much... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="gr_sad.gif" />
Note : i use stock tire ...

Re: 3.73 help... 3.73's WILL BE FINE,even with 400hp.usually it's the 4,000to6,000 rpm lonches with drag tires that break the rears. the 3.73's will give you another 1-1.5 tenths and will make your car pull alittle harder.if you get a 12bolt,go with the 4.10's.(i've had both gears in my m6) goodluck <img border="0" alt="[driving]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_driving3.gif" />

I want the car for street racing for about 800 or 900 meter and started from 40km in the 1st or 60 in the 2nd, so i think it will be good <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />
