TCI 3500 Track Time: Hey guys finally made it to the track with my TCI 3500 str 2.5 TC.
'00 Lid/Filter:
My previous run at the track - 13.44 104 MPH.
New best time.....12.93 104 MPH.
Cut 1.7 on cheap street tires....32 PSI

Just noticing that your MPH is the same in both cases. I assume the first times are with the stock converter, correct? Do you know the density altitude or at least general weather conditions for both trips to the track?

Done at the same track.
Now I just need to find a trans cooler that will fit into my car. The one sent in the group purchase will not fit my car because I have CAI.

Re: TCI 3500 Track Time: At the same track the density altitude (basically a good description of how dense the air is) can vary several thousand feet at the same location depending on temperature, barometric pressure, and humidity. It can make the same car run 120 mph sometimes and 115 at others.
