ticking driveshaft??

ticking driveshaft?? so i installed a stage 3 clutch about a month ago, and ever since then i've been hearing a really annoying ticking noise that seems to be comming from my driveshaft or rear axel. also on slow take off from a red light or even in reverse when backing out of my driveway i get a bad vibration almost like a wheel hop from the rear end of the car. once the car is in motion, shifting gears and all is fairly smooth, but when i'm coasting to a stop in neutral, i can hear that ticking noise. when the car finally comes to a complete top, the noise goes away until i put the trans in 1st gear and roll off...then the wheel hop from the rear end again before i get a good start.
i didn't mark the driveshaft when i replaced the clutch, so it's highly possible it wasn't installed in the same position it came off, but so many people told me it wasn't necessary so i didn't bother. i don't want to believe that could be causing the problem like an out of balance issue, but then again i could be wrong. should i have marked the position of the torque arm too for re-installation? i'm worried that something is loose or out of sync somwhere in the driveline. any ideas??
