help somthing popping! i noticed the other day when i slam the throttle on my car it makes a popping sound (real loud) which i can feel in the car, i changed the universal joints in the drive shaft but it did not help. it drives fine if i dont go wot in 1st or 2nd gear. doesent pop when i turn or anything. im thinking it may be my posi unit going bad
I'm having the exact same problem and cant figure out what it might be. When you want to launch from a dig as soon as I let the clutch go it pops hard then never does it again. Then if im goin from a roll and punch it hard in 1st and when i go to 2nd it will pop once and every other gear and normal driving its fine I never hear it again. I just put the ms4 in mine and still have stock gearing so I was curious if i could remedy the situation with a gear swap? I'm glad you posted this I would like some more insight as well.
